Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at SRS Distribution. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a track record of success in growing revenue and expanding territory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
