We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer SVC Tech at Snider Fleet Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and committed to excellence.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer SVC Tech, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues under direct supervision and guidance from the service manager or a technician assigned by his supervisor.

Your duties will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts and completing PM inspections.
  • Repairing and replacing faulty components, including electrical, electronics, and emissions-related fault codes.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.
  • Accurately completing DOT forms and other documentation in a timely fashion.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the industry or related management position.
  • A valid Class C Driver's License or ability to receive within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Federal Annual and Brake Inspector certification.
  • Commercial TIA certification required after 6 months of employment.
  • DOT Medical Certification.
