At D2B Groups, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing heavy material-handling equipment in a shop environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
The primary duties of this position include conducting detailed inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and executing repairs on various machinery. This will ensure that the equipment operates safely and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with experience working as a mechanic on heavy equipment. A background in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues is also essential. Additionally, having 2+ years of experience in a shop environment is preferred.
The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. They should have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work as part of a team and share knowledge is also required.
