Business Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst supporting DOD agencies, Navy experience preferred
  • An Associate's Degree in the field or in a related area, a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with general supervision, to own your work product responsibilities, and to deliver on time
  • Proven ability to solve routine problems and challenges and deliver clear solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency with Microsoft products and tools

Mid-Career Business Process Analyst:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst supporting a Federal client with at least 18 months of experience working with the US Navy
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field or a related area such as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE)
  • Certification as an experienced LEAN practitioner such as American Society for Quality (ASQ), certified black belts are preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision to solve complex business process challenges
  • Prior experience engaging with senior military and government personnel (Flag Officer, SES, etc.)
