Agricultural Laborer

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness seeking a skilled Agricultural Laborer to join our grain team in Fleming, CO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running daily operations at our local facility, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of agricultural products. Key Responsibilities- Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including developing and maintaining knowledge of commodities handled at the location and complying with company policy and government regulations.
- Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner, preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, and loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks.
- Control and monitor all load out functions, understand and operate automated scale/dump systems, and conduct and properly record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
- Deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed, and others to customer sites, and maintain and promote a strong safety culture, following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Knowledge of operations and/or business operations, with a minimum age requirement.
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile, and work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, with agriculture experience a plus.
