Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with daily operations at our local facility. As an Agriculture Laborer, you will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient handling and processing of agricultural products.
Responsibilities- Perform general labor duties, including loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as loaders and conveyors, to move products around the facility.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of inventory, including blended, bulk, and packaged products.
- Deliver products to customer sites and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including snow removal and general upkeep.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Agriculture experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in dust and adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins.
