Job Summary

As a Laborer at CHS, you will be responsible for performing general labor duties throughout the plant, including cleaning, maintenance, and equipment operation. Your tasks will include sweeping, shoveling, power washing, painting, and scraping, as well as inspecting equipment and assisting with grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties, including cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Operate equipment, such as jack hammers and soda blasters
  • Inspect equipment for leaks and seeps
  • Assist with grounds maintenance, including snow removal and spill cleanup
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically able to perform manual labor tasks and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
