Job Summary

The University of Wyoming is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Office Associate to join our team. This role will provide frontline customer service and accurate reporting of all donation activity, while assisting with all functions of athletics development/Cowboy Joe Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Cowboy Joe Club donors and prospects, ensuring a first-class donor experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Cowboy Joe Club operations and procedures, clearly articulating verbal and written cases for supporting annual fund, special events, and key programs.
  • Manage and update CRM systems and all data, overseeing the processing of donation information and payments in Paciolan.
  • Process all payment plans and donations via payroll deduction and ACH, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Oversee all stewardship and pledge collection correspondence, providing accurate reporting to Development Officers.
  • Manage the full allocation process for Cowboy Joe Club benefits, ensuring accurate and timely allocation.
  • Assist with gameday responsibilities and all special events, including golf series and annual auction.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of all home game hospitality activities.
  • Manage the relationship between Cowboy Joe Club team and university foundation data and accounting team.
  • Assist in the coordination of all fundraising activities, performing other duties as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Development & Revenue Generation and Comptroller, External Operations.
  • Understand and adhere to NCAA rules and regulations as they relate to fundraising.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 year progressively responsible work-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
