**Company Overview:**

AEG, a global sports and entertainment leader, is seeking a skilled Event Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of events at Chase Stadium.

**Salary:** $16 - $18 per hour, plus benefits.

**Job Description:

  • Coordinate training schedules for non-profit organizations (NPOs) and deliver training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation.
  • E nsure NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers, AEG employees, and subcontractors.
  • Schedule and supervise NPO groups on event days at Chase Stadium.
  • Track and organize non-profit group contracts.
  • Prepare all security badges and credentials necessary for event day.
  • Check out staff, NPO, and employees post-event.
  • Verify accurate inventory counts.
  • Input stand sheet inventory into inventory software.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • No high school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with Non-profit groups.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills.
