They are currently seeking a seasoned Construction Operations Manager to become a vital part of their team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial construction, demonstrating a successful history of managing and delivering projects efficiently and within budget.

As a crucial member of the team, the Construction Operations Manager will oversee all facets of construction activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all on-site operations for commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements, innovation, and value engineering.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record in a managerial role.

Experience in K-12 projects is advantageous.

Comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and techniques, with the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and reports.

OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
