Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Unavailable. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our corporate network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement network architecture to meet business requirements
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement network upgrades and improvements
- Develop and maintain network documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in network administration, with a focus on Cisco routing and switching
- Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, GRE, IPSec, VRRP, HSRP, and SNMP
- Experience with network security, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Knowledge of network management tools, such as CiscoWorks and SolarWinds
The successful candidate must be able to lift 65 pounds and work with various hand tools. Must be able to sit for long periods and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Must be willing to work flexible schedule, which will include nights and weekends.
