Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including accreditation agencies, local health systems, and other external partners.
  • Participate in internal meetings, taking notes and tracking follow-up items.
  • Prepare presentations, communications, and reports on behalf of senior leadership.

  • Prepare and process business expense reports.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
  • Experience with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
