Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication skills, attitude, and technical aptitude.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
  • Background: Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
  • Age and Eligibility: At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to the location.
  • Location: Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to operate a personal computer.
  • Appearance: Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Working Conditions
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Mobility: Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking.
  • Standing: Requirement to stand for long periods of time to provide the best customer service.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to follow instructions to completion and problem-solve under pressure.
