Roadway Sr Project Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roadway Sr Project Engineer to join our team at HNTB. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the field of highway engineering, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise.

As a Roadway Sr Project Engineer at HNTB, you will be responsible for producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, and specifications for assigned projects. You will consult with the project manager to perform research, development, calculations, design, and delivery. You will apply engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria for complex and cross-discipline projects.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, or
  • Master's degree in Engineering and 7 years of relevant experience, or
  • PhD in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) depending on discipline
