Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accounts.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers, and utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Consult and problem solve to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accounts, and develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Participate in initial and ongoing training programs both locally and at the New Bremen, Ohio corporate headquarters.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program, or several years of successful sales experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Technical Skills: Intermittent computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Physical Requirements: Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.
