Key Responsibilities:

  • Process in-person sales transactions to achieve team and individual goals, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Utilize extensive product knowledge and expertise to support customers and stay updated through ongoing learning and certifications.
  • Stay current on promotional initiatives, contributing to profitable growth during critical business drive times.
  • Engage in consultations with customers in-store, uncovering deeper needs to establish lasting relationships.
  • Embrace a learning culture, continuously improving existing skills and acquiring new ones to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain merchandising and readiness in the assigned department, providing feedback on products and customer engagement.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert and brand advocate for specified vendor product assortment.
  • Coach and train coworkers on new vendor technology and services.
  • Utilize vendor-provided devices and accommodations to enhance product knowledge.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customer groups and peers.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including day, evening, and/or weekends.
