We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our Verisk Claims Marketplace. As a key member of our Claims Solutions team, you will be responsible for partnering with a technical partner to build the digital backbone of the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of claim handling processes and a passion for operational optimization. You will work collaboratively with business unit presidents within Verisk's Claim Solutions division to create an insurance industry digital marketplace that provides easy access to solutions created by Verisk or partners to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the expansion strategy and roadmap for the ClaimSearch database and network for the Claims process across FNOL, Subrogation, etc.
- Own the ClaimSearch data expansion and contribution strategy.
- Assist in driving transformational change and influence alignment, sponsorship, and buy-in to the growth and transformation of the ClaimSearch database.
- Work with customers to identify, inform, and prioritize market strategy, innovation, and development.
- Forge relationships with decision makers and execution teams within Verisk businesses (i.e. Casualty, Property, and Underwriting) and outside solution providers to develop strategy and execute on integration opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform decision-making and future strategies.
- Proactively manage risk and help to drive organizational process improvement.
- Deep understanding of insurance Claims departments, processes, and systems as well as technology and data solution providers.
- Emerging people leader with proven experience driving high-performance teams; able to drive efficient collaboration models, build talent capabilities, and drive change.
- Has managed or worked in close collaboration with engineering and product/process design teams.
- Demonstrable experience setting strategy, defining roadmaps, and executing on goals.
- Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Quick learner, and strategic thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
