Job Title: PACU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect specialized nursing care to patients after receiving anesthetic agents. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will coordinate the care of the patient, act as their advocate throughout the post-operative experience, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Certifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support, ACLS, and PALS (preferred within 1 year)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year as a PACU Registered Nurse with ICU/ER experience
Responsibilities

As a PACU Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct and indirect specialized nursing care to patients
  • Coordinating patient care and acting as a patient advocate
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
