Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the PACU department at AdventHealth Palm Coast. As a PACU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth transition from the operating room to the recovery area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patient care in the PACU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote a smooth recovery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree.
  • Active Florida RN license required.
  • 1 year PACU or ICU experience required.
