PACU Registered Nurse Per Diem Days

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Good Samaritan Medical Center. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect specialized nursing care to patients after receiving anesthetic agents.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and serve as a patient advocate throughout the post-operative experience.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
Certifications
- Must be currently licensed Registered Nurse, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
- Basic Life Support
- ACLS
- PALS (preferred/ to be obtained within 1 year)
Experience: Minimum 1 year as PACU Registered Nurse with ICU/ ER experience.
Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
