Your Role in Making a Difference:

The Staffing Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing staffing adherence within a facility, ensuring complete employee coverage for all direct and support care functions. This position requires collaboration across various departments and serves as a vital link between Human Resources, Administration, and other teams. Upholding confidentiality and fostering strong professional relationships are essential duties of the Staffing Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute scheduling strategies and solutions, including process evaluations, to enhance scheduling services across departments, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage staffing requests, validate staffing ratios, and coordinate with human resources for onboarding, training, orientation, and scheduling of new hires.
Create, maintain, and organize employee scheduling information in HRIS systems, and extract and analyze scheduling data for educational, research, and statistical reporting.
Prepare and submit staffing reports, maintain accurate records, files, and databases, and assist Human Resources personnel with various reports as required.
Participate in committees and meetings related to departmental functions and undertake additional assigned tasks, which may include involvement in specialized programs, projects, and research affecting Human Resources and Administrative Department services and operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

  • At least two years of experience in staffing and compliance or in coordinating administrative tasks.
