- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
- Recruit, train, and develop medical staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care and services.
- Current DC License, CDS, and DEA registrations.
- Board eligible or board certified in area of specialty.
- Two (2) years of experience in an ambulatory care setting, with some contact with homeless patients preferred.
- Managerial experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
