Job Description

As a Program Manager at PMXperts Inc., you will be responsible for developing and managing programs that uncover, assess, and develop new missions and technologies available at SRS in support of Transition and Reconfiguration efforts.

The successful candidate will provide effective program development management, manage the process for uncovering, evaluating, and recommending new programs, and provide implementing and start-up management and support for the output from the above process.

You will also provide guidance for the need for additional technical support requirements, program manage new program initiatives, and provide preliminary legal support and financial analysis support for these activities.

Additionally, you will develop, manage, and consolidate all related budget and documentation requirements to justify and obtain funding for these programs and to manage their implementation.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to drive project excellence and innovation in the defense and energy industries.

Requirements include a Master's degree in a technical area with 16 years of broad experience in engineering, operations, marketing, strategic and business planning, or an MBA with a technical undergraduate degree and 16 years of experience, or a Technical BS with 20 years of experience.

You must also have senior-level management experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, and/or Engineering, and be familiar with administrative and technical procedures, practices, and processes affecting programmatic and facility activities.

Additionally, you must be able to analyze technical and programmatic issues, participate in internal or external review teams, and develop baseline development, control, reporting, and change control processes.

You must also have effective interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable handling confidential information.

Preferred qualifications include candidates who possess an active DOE clearance (L or Q) within the past two years.

Area Security Access: Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" security clearance.
