Job Summary:

The Management Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in management, including hands-on and theory-based instruction, classroom management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and develop courses in management, including hands-on and theory-based instruction
  • Develop and maintain current course syllabi for courses taught
  • Ensure that courses are taught in accordance with established syllabi
  • Recommend adequate instructional materials and laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned courses
  • Supervise students and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Management or Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Management
  • Strong background in management and teaching experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
