Position Overview:
As the Strategic Technology Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our technology architecture vision. Your role will encompass a comprehensive assessment of the organization's requirements, enabling you to develop strategic technology frameworks and roadmaps that align with our growth objectives and long-term aspirations. You will serve as a vital technical resource and mentor within the IT department, as well as a trusted advisor to leaders across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Strategy and Design:
Formulate intricate IT solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as hybrid cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS), OpenShift, and Kubernetes. - Create and sustain enterprise blueprints and strategic roadmaps that resonate with both business and technological objectives.
- Design technology frameworks that drive business success and enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and promote architectural standards and practices to fulfill non-functional requirements across the organization.
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across diverse teams to effectively tackle business challenges.
- Act as a trusted consultant to senior management, ensuring that technology implementations are in harmony with business strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to support informed decision-making processes.
- Guarantee that designed solutions are dependable, efficient, and secure.
- Develop methodologies for compliant architecture, encompassing data management, automation, and change control.
- Conduct architectural evaluations and technology quality assurance assessments.
- Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing, redesigning, and executing process enhancements.
- Evaluate the effects of technological modifications on business operations and propose solutions to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assess and design IT infrastructure to meet current and future business demands.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in technology, including a minimum of 3 years in an architectural role.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline, with significant exposure to AI and Machine Learning technologies.
- Demonstrated success in deploying applications using CI/CD automation on cloud platforms.
- Expertise in various enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP systems, with a history of customizing solutions to align with business processes.
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and proficiency in platforms such as RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to integrate advanced security measures into enterprise architecture to enhance data protection.
