Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to demonstrate products, quote, and close sales
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer service
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
