New Business Development Position:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, leveraging their strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills to grow a book of business. As a Sales Representative at Wayne Overhead Door Sales and Home Improvements, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on our services and products to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
  • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Present our new products or services to potential customers

Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of a CRM required
  • Experience in exterior Home Improvement Sales required
  • Able to read a Tape Measure
