As an Enrollment Development Specialist I, you will support all marketing efforts for AltaMed Senior Care Services, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This position involves conducting marketing events to increase PACE awareness within an assigned geographical area. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations, representing PACE to the senior population in culturally diverse populations and underserved communities.

This role requires identifying new referral sources, generating new leads, scheduling visitors to tour PACE centers, and procuring qualified leads to enrollments. As a representative of AltaMed's PACE program, you must adhere to local, state, and federal laws, as well as AltaMed's Business Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. Your primary responsibility is to increase census for your assigned PACE location. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience is also required. Experience working with senior adults and/or underserved populations is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English, English/Mandarin Chinese, or Cantonese, or English/Vietnamese is also beneficial.

As an Enrollment Development Specialist I, you can expect a competitive salary range of $67,500.93 - $84,376.17 annually.
