Job Title: Autism Services Navigator

About the Role:
Care Navigators at TEEMA Group play a vital role in supporting individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. As an Autism Services Navigator, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and care coordination to ensure that beneficiaries receive the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans
- Screen beneficiary needs and determine eligibility for our Autism Care Demonstration program
- Educate beneficiaries on available benefits and resources
- Complete comprehensive case management assessments and updates as needed

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Nurse, or other licensed mental health professional
- Three years of direct clinical care experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, and/or ASD
- Ability to obtain industry-recognized certification in case management within four years of hire
