We are in search of an Automotive Body Repair Specialist who is a collaborative team player, enthusiastic, technically skilled, and possesses a strong work ethic with the potential for growth.

At Swickard Auto Group, you will have the chance to positively influence our operations and customer satisfaction daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with precision.
  • Interpret and comprehend written estimates and work orders.
  • Prepare vehicles and components for painting using appropriate techniques and materials.
  • Repair collision damage in accordance with OEM standards utilizing guidelines such as Alldata and I-Car.
  • Restore damaged bodywork by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken components.
  • Address all types of damage, from minor cosmetic issues to significant structural repairs.
  • Clean vehicle surfaces by removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust in preparation for painting.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of all vehicles.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Body Technician.
  • Car and/or ASE certification is advantageous.
  • A team-oriented individual focused on delivering exceptional work and service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high production demands.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
