Director - Alternative Risk Solutions Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Alternative Risk Transfer team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our strategic initiatives and developing innovative solutions to address emerging client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Alternative Risk Transfer team, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions to address emerging client needs.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with Commercial Risk clients and Aon colleagues to develop new value-generating ideas and alternatives to traditional risk transfer approaches.
- Solution Development: Work with account executives and brokers to uncover unique challenges that warrant consideration of alternative risk transfer solutions, and develop strategies to incubate and bring these solutions to clients.
- Process Improvement: Engage with the team to develop and implement processes to enhance client service and replicate growth.
- Thought Leadership: Help drive the execution of Commercial Risk priorities, including strategic solutions and innovation, thought leadership, and the adoption of risk analytics and related tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of broking, account management, insurance experience or other transferrable experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to provide insight and recommendations via creative solutions to complex problems, demonstrated thought leadership, and comfort with developing technology tools to assist ART team workflows.
- Personal Qualities: Entrepreneurial approach, willingness to challenge status quo ideas, ability to work in a complex matrix environment, and motivate and inspire others.
