Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to ensure all apartments and common areas are well-maintained, safe, and meet the highest standards of quality for residents.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of equipment and minimize disruptions to residents.
Repair Coordination:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair work performed by in-house maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance issues reported by residents or identified during inspections.
Tenant Relations:
  • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
