Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of project financial analysts, fostering accountability, autonomy, and business acumen.

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve financial management and operating efficiencies.
  • Build collaborative relationships across teams and functions to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 8+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to manage ambiguity in business modeling.
  • Experience with US Government contractors and Federal Acquisition Regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain proper security clearances as needed.
What We Offer

RTI International offers a competitive salary range of $119,000 - $147,000, a generous paid time off policy, merit-based annual increases, bonus opportunities, and a robust recognition program.
