Job Summary

Pine Ridge Physicians Regional is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans, collaborating with hospital leadership and external partners, and maintaining a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Director in the development of annual marketing plans and collaborate with hospital leadership and external partners to execute those plans.
  • Influence colleagues to support optimal marketability and seamless consumer-to-patient pathways.
  • Support internal and external communications initiatives and ensure an effective communications framework that includes both earned and owned media.
  • Assist with online reputation management and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Support Community Connections efforts to foster valuable community relations and partnerships on behalf of the hospital and in support of the hospital's growth initiatives and reputation management.
  • Maintain hospital website to ensure up-to-date, compliant, and consumer-oriented content at all times.
  • Support efforts to measure and track ROI and KPIs related to marketing projects.
  • Stay abreast of overall hospital market share, service line market share, market dynamics, and other data to help identify new growth strategies.
  • Work with director(s) of professional outreach to support independent physician alignment, and with practice administration to support affiliated medical group performance.
  • Serve as hospital media contact and hospital spokesperson, when appropriate.
  • Support a culture of excellence in patient experience, and the organizational Strategic Imperatives.
  • Seek to communicate marketing strategy with knowledge and conviction to stakeholders.
  • Remain aware of and compliant with all marketing-related guidelines and corporate policies related to communications, advertising, and promotions, physician relations, and other topics as applicable.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to support multiple and various projects.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with a multitude of key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years direct marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to identify and act on insights that drive business results.
