About the Role:

As a CBRE Digital Strategy & Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that focuses on the design, development, and administration of basic applications. This role is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation job function, which coordinates the implementation of new digital e-business options.

This position requires a strong leader who can establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital strategy and innovation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the organization's digital strategy and managing the digital roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals. They will also collaborate with IT teams to ensure initiatives integrate with the company's technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of digital strategy and innovation professionals
  • Developing and implementing digital strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives
  • Tracking and reporting the performance of department initiatives
  • Providing tiered digital & technology support for end users

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of comparable experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. The successful candidate will also have experience in Microsoft Office products, including Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $148,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
