We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information to ensure accuracy
- Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, managing the menu and interacting with guests
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
