Job Title: Server Administrator - Bilingual

Woongjin, INC. is seeking a highly skilled Server Administrator to join our team. As a Server Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing all Linux and Windows infrastructure technology to ensure a 24x7x365 uptime service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively maintain and develop all Linux and Windows infrastructure technology
  • Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs
  • Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
  • Fault finding, analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
  • Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
  • Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
  • Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
  • Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
  • Managing the daily activities of configuration, maintenance, patching, updating and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux Servers
  • Optimizing physical and virtual systems and resource utilization, while continuing to provide system capacity analysis and planning
  • Assists with development to include a viable quality assurance process for monitoring and managing the computing environment throughout the lifecycle
  • Use of in-house developed/commercial Monitoring and Management tools
  • Plan and execute the installation and configuration of Windows/Linux
  • Configure, optimize, monitor, operate and maintain systems throughout lifecycle
  • Install, configure and manage Linux and MS products such as Redhat, Windows Server, System center, MS SQL, IIS, WSUS and etc.
  • Work with developers and operational staff to provide solutions that fit within the constraints of the web application environment
  • Order supplies to replenish server room stock or for upcoming projects
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience as a Linux and Windows server Administrator for 5+ years
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree
  • IN depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, etc.
  • Hands on experience with MySQL and/or MariaDB
  • Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
  • Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
  • Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an advantage
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands on Windows system and clustered compute management including patching, scripting, performance analysis, and system recovery and disaster planning
  • Windows administration experience including MS application products - Exchange, MS SQL, IIS and so on
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with provisioning of services, monitoring, upgrading hardware and software, configuration management, and understanding and maintaining services, such as AD, DFS, FTP, DNS, DHCP and bare metal builds from scratch with/without domain service
  • Management Automation Experiences with Shell scripting in Linux and windows environment
  • 5+ years of experience with implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory Enterprise Architecture and Group Policy
  • Asset Management experience with tools and process
