- Security Measures: Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and other security risks.
- Software Deployment: Manage the deployment of software patches, updates, and security fixes for system components, including operating systems, AI, libraries, and frameworks.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to Linux systems, including AI.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that systems and processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies, such as FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA, and internal data governance policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years of experience as a Linux Server Administrator.
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat) and command-line utilities, familiarity with data security and privacy regulations, experience with server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), and familiarity with different AI services for Azure and AWS.
