About the Role

We are seeking a talented RF Mechanical Engineer II to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our RF Mechanical Team, you will be responsible for providing innovative design solutions for the packaging of antennas, RF Circuit Card Assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead diverse multidiscipline teams to develop and implement design solutions
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with customer personnel and program leadership to define and refine requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and design documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF mechanical engineering
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with RF Printed Circuit Board (PCB) material stack ups and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) layout
