About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our RF Mechanical Team, you will be responsible for providing innovative design solutions for the packaging of antennas, RF Circuit Card Assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead diverse multidiscipline teams to deliver complex RF mechanical projects
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical data packages
  • Collaborate with customers and program leadership to define and refine requirements for RF mechanical systems
  • Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with design and analysis for the packaging of RF products, including 3D CAD software and technical data packages
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
  • Experience serving as a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA), Control Account Manager (CAM), and/or Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
  • Supplier management for built to print or build to specification RF products
  • Experience creating and presenting professional level design documentation to company leadership and program customers
