Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current certification in CPC, RHIT, or RHIA.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician coding, with a strong background in E/M coding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality care.

ProMedica offers a competitive salary range of $41,496-$84,240, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
