Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment to produce a wide range of documents and materials.
  • Manage mail processing tasks, including sorting, distributing, and applying postage to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain and repair copiers, perform binding, finishing, and quality control tasks to ensure optimal performance.

  • Ensure convenience copiers are functional through daily inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.

  • Perform filing, including purging and archiving documents, to maintain a organized and secure filing system.
  • Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning to maintain a clean and comfortable work environment.
  • Operate various office equipment, including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and bindery tools, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including building support functions and emergency response, to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with PC programs, including Word, Excel, and PDFs, is necessary.
  • Customer service experience and a willingness to learn new systems are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, such as standing, walking, bending, and moving equipment, is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks are necessary for success in this role.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.
