Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Water Mitigation and Restoration: Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Customer Service: Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions with clients and team members.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is in good working condition.
  • Team Support: Assist other team members as needed and participate in the on-call schedule as required.
  • Warehouse and Facility Support: Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in water mitigation, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as construction, restoration, or customer service.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; valid driver's license with a clean record.
