Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County, PA. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will collaborate with our mitigation manager and team to identify and capitalize on emergency property damage opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and contact residential and commercial properties affected by property damage
  • Provide exceptional customer service to explain our company's services and alleviate concerns for prospective customers
  • Work closely with the mitigation team to coordinate timely and effective service delivery
  • Closing high-value sales on profitable leads
  • Collecting authorizations for services
  • Developing relationships with local property managers, agents, emergency personnel, and administrators to increase referral leads
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 2+ years of professional property damage sales experience or other sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the restoration industry
  • Proficient in customer service in competitive environments
  • Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity
  • Starting salary $60,000 plus bonus
