Job Overview

Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County, PA is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong relationships with commercial property managers, insurance professionals, and other key stakeholders in the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive meaningful B2B sales growth within the commercial property sector.
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, facility managers, and insurance professionals.
  • Employ a proactive strategy to engage prospective clients through targeted outreach and persuasive communication.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of sales policies, principles, and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough market research and assist with lead generation efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Paul Davis Regional Marketing Managers to promote and market your local office, maximizing brand exposure and market presence.
Requirements
  • Seasoned B2B sales professional with a track record in the property restoration market or a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of customer service principles, skilled in managing priorities, conducting effective meetings, and coordinating marketing events.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with CRM systems.
