Restoration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Perform demolition of general building materials and flooring.
- Operate, stock, clean, load, and unload company vehicles.
- Understand and employ proper drying techniques.
- Setup and monitor restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and negative air machines.
- Packing, unpacking, inventorying, and transporting property and furniture.
- Handle documentation, including work orders, authorizations, timesheets, and photo reports.
- Understand and employ proper cleaning techniques for both structure and contents.
- Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools.
Requirements:
- Possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Possess a clean driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Provide their own basic hand tools.
- Have the ability to work full-time with flexibility for nights and weekends.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience in the Property Restoration industry.
