Job DescriptionPaul Davis Restoration of Bucks County, PA is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
  • Perform demolition of general building materials and flooring.
  • Operate, stock, clean, load, and unload company vehicles.
  • Understand and employ proper drying techniques.
  • Setup and monitor restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and negative air machines.
  • Packing, unpacking, inventorying, and transporting property and furniture.
  • Handle documentation, including work orders, authorizations, timesheets, and photo reports.
  • Understand and employ proper cleaning techniques for both structure and contents.
  • Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools.


Requirements:

  • Possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
  • Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Provide their own basic hand tools.
  • Have the ability to work full-time with flexibility for nights and weekends.


Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in the Property Restoration industry.
