Role Summary

We are seeking an electrical engineer to drive hardware projects through their life cycle, from requirements generation to testing and commissioning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment and be excited to work with a small, high-performing, and hands-on team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement power electronics and electric machine designs
  • Design and develop firmware for microcontrollers and FPGAs
  • Collaborate with the team to generate requirements, develop concepts, and conduct detailed design
  • Ensure effective prioritization and execution of tasks
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Recently obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field of study
  • Fundamental knowledge of power electronics and electric machines
  • Experience in programming and using microcontrollers and FPGAs
  • Strong comprehension of design fundamentals
  • Able to start working immediately
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, constantly evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree with relevant coursework in power electronics, control systems, and electric machines
  • Applied engineering experience in power electronics and firmware development
  • Relevant experience in programming and using microcontrollers and FPGAs
  • Experience with programming induction, brushless, and reluctance electric motor control
