Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled electrical engineer to contribute to hardware initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes phases such as requirements definition, conceptual design, detailed engineering, production, and subsequent testing and commissioning. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic start-up atmosphere and will be enthusiastic about collaborating with a compact, high-achieving, and hands-on team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Recent attainment of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
  • Basic understanding of power electronics and electric machinery
  • Proficiency in programming and utilizing Microcontrollers/FPGAs
  • Solid grasp of design principles
  • Immediate availability to commence work
  • Adaptability to a practical, rapidly changing environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with relevant studies in power electronics, control systems, and electric machinery
  • Hands-on engineering experience in power electronics, including both firmware and hardware
  • Relevant experience through internships, laboratory projects, or personal/team initiatives
  • Extensive experience in programming and operating Microcontrollers/FPGAs
  • Experience in programming control for induction, brushless, and reluctance electric motors, as well as inverters and DC converters
  • Clear understanding of real-time control, A/D conversion timing, resolution, and instruction execution time
  • Familiarity with Altium Designer or comparable software
