Skilled LPN Position in Home Health Care

We are seeking a compassionate Skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist clients one-on-one in their homes. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals
Requirements:
- Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
- 2+ years of experience in skilled care preferred
- Recent wound care experience
- Current CPR BLS Certification required
