Batch Plant Operator

We are seeking a skilled Batch Plant Operator to join our team at Grupo Argos S.A. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality concrete products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the COMMAND batching system to prepare batches of concrete in accordance with mix design and dispatch loads to meet customer requirements.
- Receive and schedule concrete orders from customers and communicate with drivers on accurate and timely delivery of concrete products.
- Monitor incoming materials, payroll, truck scheduling, and compile/publish periodic production reports.
- Ensure good customer relations and communicate customer and/or operational problems to responsible management personnel in a timely fashion.
- Assist in scheduling personnel, call-ins, equipment, raw materials deliveries, and support safety and policy agendas at the plant and throughout the division.
- OR Technical School certification completion preferred.
- Area of experience in the construction/mining/concrete industry helpful.
- English language proficiency (C2 level).
$24.00 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits program and a dynamic, innovative, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
